We hope you are happy with your new Trippen shoes. Custom-made items are non-returnable. All other shoes may be returned for exchange with the original packaging within seven days.

Please note that we can only guarantee an exchange if the shoes are unworn, and in a pristine condition. Please take care when trying on your shoes and return them in the same condition you received. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
