Leather/Color elk
elk
Chrome- or synthetically-tanned elk or deer leather with a coloured coating, offering exceptional softness, flexibility, and comfort. The leather’s natural grain is highly textured and irregular, giving it a distinctive appearance.
Due to its delicate nature, it is sensitive to scratches, abrasions, and stains. With wear, the leather becomes even softer and may stretch substantially. It also tends to age faster than other leathers. The dye may transfer onto the skin, particularly in the early stages of wear. Not recommended for people with chrome allergies.

Care Instructions
elk leather has a very thin grain layer, making it extremely sensitive to abrasion and difficult to clean. Wipe dirt off gently using a soft cloth to prevent damage to the surface. For light-coloured leather, avoid waterproofing spray and shoe care products, as they may cause colour changes. Dark colours can be maintained with a gentle shoe polish such as Collonil Waterstop Colours and a soft cloth.
The leather can stretch, especially when wet, and may become stiff after drying. To help maintain its shape and flexibility, avoid wearing your shoes every day. Instead, allow them to dry naturally by wearing them only every third day.
Small scratches can be treated with matching nail polish to restore the appearance of the leather. Handle with care to preserve its softness and unique texture.
